4Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels and tags, managed through Google Tag Manager. They fall into 3 groups:
- Essential: needed for the website to work and stay secure. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the site.
- Marketing: help us measure campaigns and show relevant ads on other platforms.
You can manage your choices through our cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. Our website does not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals, because no common standard for them exists.
5Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who host our website and handle email, CRM, analytics and advertising for us, under contracts that limit how they use your data.

- Professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors and insurers.
- Authorities and regulators when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
- A buyer or successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
6International transfers
We work with partners and service providers in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. When we transfer personal information out of the EEA or UK, we use recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
7How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy:
- Enquiries that do not lead to a partnership: up to [2 years] after our last contact.
- Partner and contract records: for the life of the relationship, plus the period required by tax and company law.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe. We keep a suppression record so we do not contact you again.
After that, we delete or anonymise the information.
8How we protect it
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), access controls and regular security reviews. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
