Our platform, aggregation, payment and development services are supplied under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

This website is operated by DSTGAMING, a B2B iGaming solutions provider established in 2016, with its office at 2118 Guava Street, Belama Phase 1, Belize City, Belize. In these terms, "DSTGAMING", "we", "us" and "our" refer to DSTGAMING. DSTPLAY is a brand of DSTGAMING.

3Who may use this website

This website is intended for business professionals aged 18 or over, including casino operators, entrepreneurs, game studios, affiliates and industry partners. If you use the website on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

4B2B services only

We supply white label, turnkey and crypto casino solutions, a casino game aggregator, payment solutions, game development and gamification tools to businesses. We do not accept bets, offer real-money gambling or provide gaming services to the public through this website.

Operators using our technology are responsible for holding the licences required in their markets and for their own player terms, promotions, bonuses, payouts and customer support.

5Using the website

You may browse the website and share links to it for legitimate business purposes. You must not:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system.
• Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code.

6Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, videos, game artwork, the brochure, the DSTGAMING and DSTPLAY names and logos, and the website design, belong to DSTGAMING or our licensors. They are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may view, download and print content for your own internal business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, republish or use it commercially without our prior written consent. Game titles, provider names and logos belong to their respective owners.

7Enquiries, proposals and pricing

Product descriptions, feature lists, game counts, integration timelines and any prices on the website or in our brochure are for information only. They are not a binding offer and may change without notice.

A commercial relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement. Proposals and quotations we send are valid for the period stated in them.

8Responsible gaming

Responsible gaming is part of how we build our products. Our platforms give operators tools such as self-exclusion, deposit limits, session reminders and links to professional support, together with age verification and AML features. Operators decide how to configure these tools under their own licence conditions.

We may suspend, restrict or withdraw access to all or part of the website without notice, including where we believe these terms have been breached.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Any dispute arising from or relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belize. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
